Principle and Composition of Inverter Heat Pump

Inverter heat pump is a heating system that applies the laws of thermodynamics to transfer heat from a cold source to a heat source by doing work on the work material. Its application is characterized by safety, energy saving and wide range of application. The traditional inverter heat pump unit mainly adopts in-situ monitoring, with backward monitoring technology and no complete historical data storage and analysis function. Using big data, Internet of Things and mobile communication technology, a distributed unit operation real-time data monitoring system has been developed, which can not only monitor the operation, fault and energy saving of the inverter heat pump unit in real time, but also store and analyze the collected data to form commands for automatic control, fault reminder, energy saving suggestion, convenient maintenance, etc., so as to realize the modernization of the operation and management mode of the inverter heat pump unit.

Inverter Heat Pump

Inverter heat pump system adopts pressurized pump circulation and hot water tank storage, and the system runs stably. Inverter heat pump system is mainly composed of heat pump unit, stainless steel insulated water tank, circulation system, temperature control system, water supply system and pipe fittings. The unit is connected to the heating water tank, and the thermostatic water tank is connected to the hot water pipeline and leads to the water-using unit.

The frequency conversion heat pump has the following features: not easy to wear; long service life; with over-current protection; with out-of-phase protection; with over-temperature protection; strong resistance to liquid impact; high and low pressure protection and other functions. The heat preservation tank adopts stainless steel hot water storage tank, and the heat preservation layer adopts 5CM thick high-density polyurethane foam, which has a good heat preservation and waterproof effect, and the heat preservation effect is long-lasting.

The temperature control system of the variable frequency heat pump can adjust the water temperature in real time. The water temperature can be set between 35 and 60. When using hot water, when the water temperature is lower than the set temperature difference, the temperature control system automatically starts and the hot water unit works. When the set temperature is reached, the system automatically shuts down to ensure 24-hour hot water supply. The system adopts automatic water replenishment, and the insulated water tank is equipped with high and low water level controllers. When using hot water, the tank will be replenished automatically, and the holding tank will stop automatically when it is filled with water.
